You need our 10-foot long, trailer-mounted,

high-capacity GRILLS.

These have 2 slide-out racks measuring

51" x 27" and 51" x 22"

​for a total cooking area of

approx. 18 square feet. 

 They can cook roughly 120 4-inch hamburgers, 35-45 average-size ribeye steaks, or a whole school of fish at a time.* 

In our Grills, charcoal or wood is placed

in a fire box directly under the racks

(instead of with reverse-flow heat from an offset firebox,

as in our Smokers or BBQubes).

* We make no guarantees about this capacity.  Cooking methods are up to the individual, so they can vary widely, as can dimensions of the meat you select. You'll need to make your own measurements of the meat you plan to cook in the Grill, based on the dimensions of its racks. Remember to leave about 1/2 inch between each piece to allow heat and smoke to circulate.  Also allow space for a water pan in the cooking chamber if you like to increase humidity or add soaked wood chips for flavor.
